Rooibos Tea

  4. Anti-oxidants rich (polyphenols)

60-80mg per 200ml

Green Tea

  1. Unfermented
  2. Caffeine ± 20mg per cup

(vs. coffee @ 80mg per cup) – if it indicates caffeine free it is.

  1. Tannin: EGCG (potent free radical scavenger)
  2. Anti-oxidants (polyphenols)

40-60mg per 200ml

  1. Research: Extensive, excellent Cardiovascular health benefits, natural diuretic (improves cellulite!), very effective treatment for Insulin resistance, powerful thermogenic: burns calories!
  2. Iron absorption reduced, minimize this effect by having green tea in between meals, not with meals.
