Our Commitment
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to return goods within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, unsafe, or not as described.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for non-defective returns.

• Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless defective.

Defective Products

• If you receive a defective product, notify us within 48 hours with your order details and photos if possible.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
